Ordered a Bipap machine that was reported new for 1/3 of the price listed online. After considering the pro/cons - the $1200 savings was worth it. Received the equipment (5 days after purchase!!!) - was as advertised. It was an older unit - but company is still producing / selling that model. Checked the total hours on machine - ZERO! Held my breath when I did a firmware update to the latest -- WORKS! Sleeping so much better now (old unit was dying). THANKS Michelle! You are AWESOME!!! Details

I purchased one of the Resmed Airsense 10 Elite CPAP machines because my old machine didn't record data. The Airsense 10 Elite arrived in great condition. There was sticker residue as disclosed before purchase that was easily removed with goo gone. The usage hours were slightly higher than noted but that wasn't an issue because the machine worked as well as a new one at a much better price. I highly recommend this seller if anyone is in the market for a CPAP with low hours but great quality. This machine also tracks your sleep so you can monitor it yourself as well as provide a report to your sleep doctor as needed.

I purchased a Homefill unit. It took a week for them to ship it to me. It worked properly for 38 days exactly than quite working. I was told it was after their 30 day warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I spent $150 dollars to ship a "working" unit. So now I am out $500.
Michelle Simmons responded: Buyer waited to contact me after the warranty I provided was expired. They opened a case in pay pal and lost that case due to waiting past the warranty to contact anyone. Buyer stated the item worked perfectly the entire time it was under warranty.
