Universal Medical Resources, Incorporated was established in Washington, Missouri in January of 1996 with the mission of providing high quality, cost effective parts and services to the Nuclear Imaging community. The Company’s initial offerings were centered on ADAC (now Philips) cameras, with the Siemens and General Electric lines being added over time. In addition to becoming first a regional and then a national service provider, the Company has added camera refurbishment capabilities to cover all the lines serviced. To round out the Company’s offerings to the industry, UMRi has developed major competency in the areas of technical support, provided by fully qualified hardware, software and clinical specialists. Also, recently the Company became the sole distributor in the US for DDD-Diagnostic’s new family of nuclear imaging systems. Operating out of its own 24,000 square foot facility, the Company maintains a field service force throughout the country that is backed up by a home office staff devoted to ensuring the highest level of responsiveness for its customers.
Over the years we have had the privilege of serving the needs of an ever-growing family of customers. We are thankful for each and every one. We look forward to continuing our tradition of providing high-quality, cost-effective products and services to our customer community as we move ahead into the future.

"I have been a customer for more than six years. I have always been met with professionalism and an eagerness to help me resolve any issues I may have had, be it technical or service or product. UMRi has my "stamp of approval."

“I want to let you know that the service and support that I received from Universal Medical Resources has been excellent. The service engineers from UMRi that have performed repairs on our nuclear medicine cameras have been great. They are knowledgeable and timely in the repair process. They are very conscious and concerned regarding downtime and cost of the repairs. They go above and beyond to resolve the problem. When I need technical support your company has always been there and make my equipment problem your own and stay with it until the problem is resolved, either by phone or onsite. When I need to order parts (UMRi) Jason and Justen bring(s) the “A” game to the table…awesome! Tim, Todd and Phil have provided great service on the hospital nuclear medicine cameras. Last but not least is that Nik, as Director of Service, takes time to call and follow up on the repairs and makes sure that all is good. It is a great pleasure doing business with UMRi. No complaints.”

“Universal Medical Resources has provided us with excellent service and response time. Since we have switched providers our uptime has actually increased, and this is on a 10 year-old system; while our service bills have actually decreased. I feel this is a very well rounded company providing everything from new to refurbished equipment, service contracts and applications support. If you are looking for a service provider or are simply unhappy with your current one, I would strongly recommend giving Universal Medical a call.”
