Sentient Lasers unveils 3-year BlueDot Protection Plan

PARK CITY— July 11, 2019—Sentient Lasers, the leading solutions company for the aesthetic market which specializes in service, sales, procurement, leasing and warranty, today announced the launch of its three-year warranty plan called the BlueDot Protection Plan. The first-of-its-kind service contract makes maintaining costly aesthetic laser equipment easier and more affordable, putting customers’ minds at ease.

Aesthetic machinery requires routine maintenance to continue functioning properly. Neglecting to service equipment leads to more liability, more work and more money spent in the long run. Servicing more than 70 makes and models of aesthetic lasers, Sentient Lasers is uniquely qualified to offer an alternative to the typically overpriced manufacturer extended warranties.

Numed, a well established company in business since 1975 provides a wide range of service options including time & material service, PM only contracts, full service contracts, labor only contracts & system relocation. Call 800 96 Numed for more info.

Sentient’s new warranty program allows customers to schedule annual maintenance checks when it’s convenient for them, at which time Sentient Lasers will send a service specialist onsite to perform preventative maintenance.

Prior to launching the three-year plan, Sentient Lasers offered a one-year warranty which was also an industry-first, as the norm is typically a 30 or 90-day service contract. With the new program, customers can still opt for a one-year plan as the warranty can be paid monthly. This enables customers the flexibility to decide how much money they want to spend on the warranty and how long they want it to have it for.

“At Sentient, we understand that medical equipment is expensive and want to ensure that our customers are getting the most from their lasers,” said Chris Cella, CEO at Sentient Lasers. “We’ve always focused on putting service first—as we understand how critical it is for our customers—and that’s exactly what we’re doing with this new warranty program. We’re eager to share this new plan with our customers as we’re confident it’ll help their practice be more successful.”
