DOTmed: What differentiates you from your competitors?
We are the only third party company that provides support for DXA equipment that utilizes OEM trained field engineers. So, you get OEM expertise and a third party price.

DOTmed: Give us a snapshot of your business.
We specialize in GE Lunar and Hologic Bone Density as well as other Hologic products such as Mammo. We do sell parts, provide service and technical support, sell used equipment and buy used equipment.

DOTmed: What makes you most proud of your company?
We take great pride in assisting customers with "End of Life" equipment. In many cases we can help them continue to offer DXA exams in their office when the OEM will not.

DOTmed: What new or recent technology is 'hot' in your field?
There is not much new in DXA except CoreScan, but this software is not being utilized by many facilities.

DOTmed: What are the biggest challenges and opportunities that you face?
Our marketing and sales strategies have proven very successful. We are adding employees as we grow to meet customers needs.

DOTmed: What outside forces are affecting your business the most?
Reimbursment rates have the biggest impact on our business since it has dropped with the DRA.
