There is a FCO (Field Change Order) that is being installed that locks customers out of service. You will need a dongle to service the equipment unless the system is reverted to the last revision. I service a system that was on service contract with Philips and they came in 30 days after my contract started and installed the latest revision and I am lock out of service.
