Completing a Voluson 730 Pro /Restore from Image

Our machine (Voluson 730 P) (Unknown BT, assuming 4/5) - Had started to glitch at start up, occasionally getting an error "unable to write to memory." Also, the ultrasound software would glitch all white, so it was decided to restore the machine from the recovery image. Which had been done.
Now: we do not have/know the BT key (GE refuses to help.) We could not print/save the BT key, the system would freeze and we could not access the key list to print them. We activated the 3-month trial.
Issue 1: 4D (and 3D) scanning isn't enabled? (Possibly just the 4D, unable to confirm 3D scanning.)
Need to install driver for "unknown device." Connected the machine to the network; windows update was unable to locate the driver.
The question is: Could anyone help me place our machine back in service? We restored the machine using the recovery partition, and that is where the machine is at a stand still.
We can see/use the 2D, - but we cannot complete the system restoration.
If anyone is familiar with the process after using the restoration image; perhaps you could sort of; sum up the next necessary steps?
This is our main and only machine, any and all help would be tremendously appreciated!

is very important to know the version of BT having to know which version of software works with the machine, especially for the installation of applications and external devices such as printers, optical drives, among others, have images of the equipment or the serial number ?

Thank you much for nformations, about BT02 AND BT05. I'm confuse, may i snap a picture sreen installation of BT02 I HAVE that can not terminate initialization process, and the screen of BT05 nst that terminate initialisation process, rich to the windows where there are some menu of DVD-rom to install, but on that windows, when i select the version of my system, BT05 DVD TOLD ME THAT THE SYSTEM of my volution is BT02 AND ASKING ME IF INSTALLATION CAN CONTINUE he should format every things..i stopped there installation...how to do?

you need to call an engineer with experience on these system, first is need to find what software level the system is, only an engineer can check all boards and parts and find out, after you have the software level you need to install it and get the license options, if you dont have a caopy you will need to contact GE so you can buy these. you have a lot of work to do, contact an engineer with experience on these systems if not will be very hard to fix it.
