We contracted with Sound Imaging to inspect a Cath Lab two weeks ago, with daily calls and lots of communication and paid the deposit promptly on the Friday for a Monday morning technical inspection, with 24 hours to reject or accept the system. The location and address for the inspection was supposed to be on receipt of the deposit. We got the address after lunch the following Monday just in time before our engineer had to move to another job. The inspection took place and was concluded by the late afternoon. The next day at noon before the 24 hour deadline we called Greg Swienton of Sound Imaging and due to the late inspection we were still awaiting on the inspection report. He voluntary offered that we have until the morning of the next day to make our decision due to the pervious delay. The next morning came and we rejected the system as entitled to do and Greg Swienton agreed to return the deposit. The next thing we get is an email from Sound Imaging stating the deposited was forfeited as the 24 hours deadline had been. I understand that the particular system we inspected had been sold to another party from speaking with a reputable industry source. No emails or calls replied to and total silence and they have kept our deposit.

BBB the next call with Sound Imaging totally unethical and disturbing business practices.

Paul Cunliff & company did not follow the terms and instructions of the agreement therefore forfeiting the deposit.
