The Dade Immufuge II Centrifuge is a bench-top, two-speed blood bank instrument designed for laboratory us in cell washing and decanting procedures including antiglobulin test, spinning blood samples to separate serum or plasma from clot or cellular elements, final centrifugation of the Anti-Human Globulin (Coombs) test, and other immunohematological procedures.


The Dade Immufuge II Centrifuge is a precision multi-purpose instrument designed specifically for laboratory use in blood banking immunology or other laboratory applications where specific speeds are required.


All operator controls are located on a plastic overlay panel containing the membrane touch switches used to program the centrifuge operation. A clear window in the overlay panel displays the time.


The centrifuging time is controlled by a programmable timer, which will apply power to the motor for the time entered by the operator. The operator may enter times of up to 15 minutes, 59 seconds, increments of seconds. Once entered with the ENTER key, the time will be retained until another time is entered or the power to the Dade Immufuge II is removed.
