Sanford Health continues to expand services for children and families in the Mitchell Area in South Dakota. A second pediatric physician has joined Sanford Children's Clinic Mitchell. Katherine Elizabeth McGraw, MD has joined fellow pediatrician Christine Arnold, MD. Dr. McGraw began seeing patients March 2, 2009.

"Dr. McGraw is a fantastic addition to the Sanford Children's team," said Dr. Arnold. "Our clinic continues to grow, and adding Dr. McGraw means we can provide even more quality pediatric health care close to home for children this area."

Dr. McGraw received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and her undergraduate degree from Lamar University. She completed her residency at Children's Hospital of Austin (TX).

"Our commitment to provide excellent pediatric medicine to children in the Mitchell area is further cemented by the addition of Dr. McGraw," said Eugene Hoyme, MD and Chief Medical Officer for Sanford Children's Hospital. "Both she and Dr. Arnold will have access to more than 30 different pediatric subspecialists which means the best possible care for our patients."
