This highly anticipated exoscope delivers a leap forward for surgical visualization in neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, and spine procedures, and it has made its European debut at Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Federico II in Naples, Italy.

Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Federico II, is a distinguished institution affiliated with Federico II University Hospital. This strategic placement in one of Italy's foremost medical facilities signifies a significant advancement in surgical technology and patient care.

Modus X, introduced in the summer of 2023, boasts an array of cutting-edge features, including redesigned 4K 3D optics, 27x magnification, robotic camera alignment, and voice guidance. This innovative platform also introduces fluorescence-guided surgery for enhanced tissue differentiation. Furthermore, the flexible design of Modus X allows for seamless field upgrades from Modus V, Synaptive's third-generation exoscope, which is currently operational in 80 hospitals worldwide.
