We have sold a few Canadian Broda chairs over the years, but never one quite like this one with its rocking feature. It is designed to encourage chair bound be mobile using whatever works for them be it hands or feet, and to be comfortable via a tilt capacity, forgiving weightbearing surfaces and a controllable rocker feature. This particular chair appears to have had a single user and has moderate wear. Its estimated age is ten years. All of its functions work and are undamaged. There are no tears in the strapping or other soft surfaces. There are a few small points of moderate wear on the powder coated painted surfaces, but nothing that is glaring or a point of concern. The wheels and brakes work as they should and the arm rests and shoulder bolsters wing frames can be adjusted and or removed as they should. No upholstery or padding is included (available from Broda & other suppliers). A manual is available on the Broda Seating site or we can send you a copy in PDF format.
The chair you see in this ad is the one you will receive. Yes, you can buy a new chair that looks like a Broda at a few dollars more than we are asking, but before you do, please consult with someone who has used one ... there are few comparisons, and virtually no chairs that stand the test of time the way that these do.

The wheelchair will be palletized for shipment. Delivery will be to commercial locations in non-remote readily accessible areas with access to a forklift or loading dock. If this is not available the shipment will be delivered to the nearest freight terminal of R&L Carriers (USA) or other carrier for pick up. Curbside delivery can be arranged at extra cost ($75-100). Please write in advance of purchase if this is an option being considered.

Return Policy
7 Day Return Policy. Customer must pay the return shipping costs when returning a product. If you find the item is not as described in the ad it may be returned for a purchase price refund. Generally, all of our items have an inspection warranty which kicks in upon delivery for a period of 7 to 14 days. It is not an operational warranty as most items sold on DOTmed require biomedical certification before use. If you require additional coverage please contact us prior to purchase.
