This Integra Mayfield 2 neurosurgical skull clamp headrest system is Integra's newest model. It is perfect with little to no sign of previos use. It is ready to use and I guaranteed not to be DOA. Comes with composite Skull Clamp (A3059), Base Unit (A3101) and Swivel Adaptor (A3018). This is it if you are looking for the best!! You will not see one of these on the secondary market for several years so you should probably grab this one while you have the chance. I have it priced at a fraction the cost of new. Integra doesn't advertise retail pricing but I believe the new cost of this system is in the $40-50,000 range...correct me if I am wrong.

The Mayfield 2 incorporates many improvements over the traditional Mayfield systems. This includes a light weight composite skull clamp with more adjustment and a preset self locking lever base unit with no tool required adjustments. Autoclave temperatures (132-134C), Increased pH detergents from 3 to 11 and meets WHO protocols. Read below for detailed improvements. I have a Neurogen table adaptor A1113 available in a separate listing. I also have a few Steris table adaptors available for sale to the winning buyer if you need it.

This is Integra's newest and most advaced Mayfield skull clamp system. It is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition with little to no sign of previous use and no damage. All finishes are very nice and all adjustments are working exactly as designed. The starburst teeth on all connections are perfect. There are no skull pins or table adaptor included and these items will be required before this system can be used. I do have several table Steris adaptors in stock I can sell to the winning buyer. I also have an Integra Neurogen adapter listed separately.
