This Synthes Titanium Tibial Nail Insertion and Locking set is almost a complete set according to the case shadow board. It is missing a few common items to include the Hexagonal Screwdriver, Canal Length Gauge, Radiographic Ruler & Screw Forceps.
The rest of the set looks good and does include (56) 3.9mm Ti locking bolts and (45) 4.9mm Ti locking bolts. All other instruments, cannulas, drill & guides are present. There are no Tibial nails included in the set. Incudes the original Synthes case, tray and locking lid. Take a good look at the listing pictures...there is a lot here and it is nice!
