Unused, packaged sensors available at a fraction of the cost of name brand reusable adult finger sensors.
This appears to be a well made reusable adult finger sensor with a 3 foot cable and has been found to work in place of some, but not all, Nellcor sensors with the P/N DS100A which use a DB9 connector with 7 pins. These pulse oximeder and monitor models use the DS100A sensors and have yielded appropriate test readings using this sensor:
* Nellcor N20
* Nellcor NP40
* Welsh Allyn 52000
* Criticon Accuttor S
* some other unlisted oximeters and monitors made by Nellcor and other manufacturers (check monitor/oximeter specs)
These sensors have been tested on Nellcor and other manufacturers pulse oximeters and appear to work well with no error, sizing or defect issues observed when NO EXTENSION is used. As some SPO2 monitoring instruments can only be used with extensions, this sensor should not be ordered for use with them. Please confirm the sensor requirements of the monitor or pulse oximeter this is to be used with against the P/N as well as the pictures. DO NOT ORDER if the monitor requires an extension cable be used with the sensor.
We do have some used Nellcor extensions and used sensors in stock which will work with monitors requiring extension cables, including OxiMax branded pieces. They range in price from $30 to $125 in price. We also have numerous used pulse oximeters available. Please see our DOTmed webstore for these or email us through the above link stating the brand and model of equipment the sensor is required for and, if you have it, the part number of the piece you are replacing. *These sensors carry removable branding (Starlight Med.) which has the CE mark on it. There is no indication otherwise that these are approved for use in Europe, so please interpret this as "China Export".
**These sensors appear to be similar in design and quality to those made by manufacturers which produce sensors approved for use in medical facilities and by medical practitioners by the FDA, Health Canada and other regulatory agencies. While they may be functionally equivalent, these generic sensors have not been approved for use by these bodies and those who substitute them for approved sensors, do so at their risk (see disclaimer below)

7 Day Return Policy. Customer must pay the return shipping costs when returning a product. If you find the item is not as described in the ad it may be returned for a purchase price refund. Generally, all of our items have an inspection warranty which kicks in upon delivery for a period of 7 to 14 days.
