Has USB interface. Display lights up and responds to the controls. There is no damage to the case, display surfaces, keypad covers or hose port. Appears to have a malfunctioning pump or pump starting mechanism. The battery does not seem to accept a charge. A generic power supply was used to fire it up. No power supply is included. We also have three BPM-100 instruments in about the same condition.
