This device appears to be in good working order and to be used for programming Easy Fit model speech development units. It boots up through three screens with the final one asking that PE800R Power or PE800 Moderate be connected. The only connection ports appear to accept S Video cable, none of which came with this piece. It operates by way of three AA batteries.
